Construction

C.I.P.  interlocking blocks installed as secure retaining walls within Dirt Shift Excavation's machinery yard in Geelong, Victoria.

C.I.P. developed ballast blocks for securing fabricated large-span yard roofing structures, allowing for a secure, modular and economical solution.

Small road barriers used as an adjunct to scaffolding works and for pedestrian safety requirements at Park St., South Melbourne building site.

C.I.P. provided security blocks for McConnell Dowell's rail crossing removal project in Williamstown, Vic.

Interlocking blocks used to construct multiple bays for soil, stone and mulch products storage at Fulton's Garden Supplies, Fairfield, Vic.

Interlocking blocks constructed a secure wall for a Truck Depot in Williamstown, Vic.

Ballast blocks @ 3.8 tonne for anchoring temporary light poles on the Western Ring Road works. This block design was also used to mount mobile camera towers.

Design and Fabrication

Construction of reinforcing cages and moulds taking place in our fully appointed workshop. We have a qualified draftsman and boiler maker completing all steel fabrications for use in our concrete moulding yard.

Secure traffic barrier works for construction project at HMAS Cerberus Naval Base, Victoria.

Finished moulds for use in producing cubed blocks for construction form work use, and the C.I.P cubed blocks used by contractor BMD at the railway overpass project at Thompson’s Road, Cranbourne, Victoria.

Environmental and Recycling

Interlocking blocks delivered to RDT Environmental for installation at their plant  in Derrimut, Vic.

C.I.P. was engaged to produce and install a variety of concrete block solutions at the new Liquid Waste Treatment Facility for the Smorgon Group, in Laverton North, Vic.

Security and Events

C.I.P.  produced the 38 tonnes of ballast used to simulate loading work during the launch of the new 2018 Scania Prime Mover.

C.I.P.'s 1.5 tonne , 2200 mm long, blocks provided a simple modular solution to enhance container security for Tritainer Services in Derrimut, Vic.
